Antonio Rodriquez

Antonio Rodriquez is a transformational leader with 20+ years of experience driving operational excellence and delivering high-impact solutions. He has a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives on time, leveraging Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, with expertise in process optimization, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.

As a seasoned professional, Antonio has progressed through roles driving program success, including NAP (Neighborhood Assistance Program) and IDA (Individual Development Account) Program Manager, Audit and Monitoring Community Programs specialist, and Audit and Quality Analyst. He has ensured compliance, improved processes, and delivered results-driven solutions for initiatives like the Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance Program.

Antonio's work with the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) has been instrumental in providing housing opportunities, promoting self-sufficiency, and strengthening communities. As NAP and IDA Program Manager, he oversees Indiana's Individual Development Account Program and Neighborhood Assistance Program, ensuring timely completion of applications, program activities, and reporting. He meets strategic and operational goals, manages program activities, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, develops relationships with program partners and stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement.

At his core, Antonio is a people person who loves taking his talents to improve others' circumstances. He's built a career on empowering individuals and organizations, and his work reflects a deep commitment to creating lasting impact. With a proven track record of longevity in all his roles, Antonio continues to find ways to make change in a positive way, leaving a lasting legacy in every organization he's part of. He has a talent for designing and implementing efficient systems, leveraging automation and process improvements to drive significant gains in productivity and effectiveness.

Being a dedicated member of his church, Antonio finds strength and community in his faith. He's also passionate about sports — whether it's basketball, golf, football, or even NASCAR — and believes that sports have played a vital role in his development, teaching him teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. Being a father is a defining aspect of Antonio's life, and he's especially passionate about advocating for individuals with Autism and Asperger's. His firstborn child has been diagnosed with Autism, and this personal experience has given him a deeper understanding of the challenges and triumphs faced by families with special needs. He's proud to see his other children thrive and succeed in their own paths, and he believes that being a father has taught him the value of patience, empathy, and perseverance — qualities that he brings to his work every day.

Antonio is an advocate for community development and success, leveraging his skills to make a meaningful impact. He has volunteered with Autism awareness organizations and participated in various community development initiatives. He has built high-performing teams from scratch at multiple companies, including Saveology, Qology Direct, and Great Healthworks. Antonio holds CMST, CSTE, and CTFL certifications and is pursuing Mobile Testing Certification and a Certificate in Agile Management from Villanova University.
