He has ensured compliance, improved processes, and delivered results-driven solutions for initiatives like the Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance Program.

Antonio's work with the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) has been instrumental in providing housing opportunities, promoting self-sufficiency, and strengthening communities. Antonio holds CMST, CSTE, and CTFL certifications and is pursuing Mobile Testing Certification and a Certificate in Agile Management from Villanova University.
