Prior to her current position as CEO of Near North Development Corporation, Dr. Lindsey served as Chief Executive Officer of ESD Global, where she led international initiatives spanning more than 60 countries focused on education, leadership development, community safety, and empowerment. She has also held executive leadership positions in economic development, philanthropy, real estate redevelopment, and private industry, including directing community and economic development initiatives serving municipalities, nonprofit organizations, and underserved populations.

Dr. Lindsey brings extensive experience in neighborhood revitalization, affordable housing, workforce development, strategic planning, organizational transformation, and partnership development. Throughout her career, she has successfully worked with government agencies, philanthropic organizations, educational institutions, community leaders, and private-sector partners to secure resources, strengthen programs, and create measurable community impact.

She is also the founder of IndyEXCEL Academy, an innovative nonprofit organization dedicated to helping youth, adults, entrepreneurs, and reentry populations achieve economic mobility through entrepreneurship, workforce development, industry-recognized credentials, and higher education pathways.

Dr. Lindsey holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Social Change, a Doctoral Certificate in Educational Leadership, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and is a licensed Professional Educator. Her doctoral research focused on traditional practices, indigenous knowledge systems, and community-centered approaches to sustainable development — principles that continue to influence her leadership philosophy today.

For Tanya, real estate is about much more than buying and selling property — it's about people, possibilities, and creating a place to call home. Nothing brings her greater joy than watching a client receive the keys to a home they once thought they could never own.

Tanya believes everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the stability and pride of homeownership and to have a place where they can build a future, create lasting memories, and establish a legacy for generations to come.

Her mission is simple: to educate, empower, and help make the dream of homeownership a reality, one person, one family, and one home at a time.

After retiring from her professional career in 2025, Brenda has continued her commitment to service and leadership while enjoying more time with family and pursuing personal interests. When she is not serving at Love Fellowship, she enjoys traveling, reading, exploring literature, participating in cardio workouts, and practicing yoga.

Brenda's combination of business expertise, nonprofit experience, and faith-based leadership equips her to provide valuable insight, strategic guidance, and compassionate service as a board member.

Antonio's work with the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) has been instrumental in providing housing opportunities, promoting self-sufficiency, and strengthening communities. As NAP and IDA Program Manager, he oversees Indiana's Individual Development Account Program and Neighborhood Assistance Program, ensuring timely completion of applications, program activities, and reporting. He meets strategic and operational goals, manages program activities, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, develops relationships with program partners and stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement.

At his core, Antonio is a people person who loves taking his talents to improve others' circumstances. He's built a career on empowering individuals and organizations, and his work reflects a deep commitment to creating lasting impact. With a proven track record of longevity in all his roles, Antonio continues to find ways to make change in a positive way, leaving a lasting legacy in every organization he's part of. He has a talent for designing and implementing efficient systems, leveraging automation and process improvements to drive significant gains in productivity and effectiveness.

Being a dedicated member of his church, Antonio finds strength and community in his faith. He's also passionate about sports — whether it's basketball, golf, football, or even NASCAR — and believes that sports have played a vital role in his development, teaching him teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. Being a father is a defining aspect of Antonio's life, and he's especially passionate about advocating for individuals with Autism and Asperger's. His firstborn child has been diagnosed with Autism, and this personal experience has given him a deeper understanding of the challenges and triumphs faced by families with special needs. He's proud to see his other children thrive and succeed in their own paths, and he believes that being a father has taught him the value of patience, empathy, and perseverance — qualities that he brings to his work every day.

Antonio is an advocate for community development and success, leveraging his skills to make a meaningful impact. He has volunteered with Autism awareness organizations and participated in various community development initiatives. He has built high-performing teams from scratch at multiple companies, including Saveology, Qology Direct, and Great Healthworks. Antonio holds CMST, CSTE, and CTFL certifications and is pursuing Mobile Testing Certification and a Certificate in Agile Management from Villanova University.

In his free time, Jackey loves spending time with his wife Rochelle and their grandkids, cooking, and traveling.
